A friend of G’s found a distributor in Wisconsin that imports my favorite swiss beer: Appenzeller Bier – Quöllfrisch! It’s a premium, non-pasteurized, lager beer. Brewed in Appenzell, Switzerland, in the region’s only brewery with carefully selected ingredients and fresh springwater from the Alpstein mountains. Made by a 119 year old, family-owned brewery, the Brauerei Locher.
This is the only Swiss beer currently available in the US!
