how many people use the internet?

  1. He leaves out one very important factor: There will be a tendency for some users to overlap considering the way that social networks intertwine. As opposed to a rising exponential function, it would probably tend to rise steeply at first, then progressively gradate out as more and more people register.. This would, of course, not be the case if 5 people were invited by each person and 2 of them were already mapped..

    Neat idea nonetheless..

  2. Just like a pyramid scheme withot the money, huh? But he might be surprised to find out how any internet users have no friends!
