		<description>I actually think this is a fantastic idea. One of the main problems with big initiatives of any kind (governmental or not) is the immediacy and visibility of the effects. Gratification is key.

What I&#039;m trying to say is, people like warm and fuzzies, and this might help show them what all this money is going for in a very real way.</description>
