I've been doing ROWE for years in my business and actually didn't even know it had a name. All of my employees work from home, they set their own work schedules, and we maybe have one scheduled meeting per month - but my employees work hard - an average of 15 hours of voluntary (unpaid) overtime per week - they do great things - and we have never had an employee quit in eight years of doing business. To me this is all common sense - after all, what kind of company would you like to work for - one that tracks your every movement or one that gives you the freedom to do great things and make a real difference?
