Like the MacBook, though, they tend to lack good low frequencies -- just not to the same extreme. I'd be curious to know if anyone hooked this up to an iMac and what they thought about the results. The sound quality from the MacBook speakers are pretty good, but obviously no natural bass - this is a nice solution to get some really decent sound from your computer, without the need for a couple of speakers as well.
