Though not quite as focused and simple as Dirpy- I like Easy YouTube Video Downloader extension for Firefox. It adds a little button to every youtube page and allows you to download either video or audio.

I’ve got a friend who was always downloading YouTube videos because he likes the music. He’s going to love this.

I know another website that does this; vidtomp3.com, but I’ll try this one, it looks prettier :)
