  1. No it’s not. You can’t have a right to something someone else has to provide.

  2. So I have to pay for my internet access and everyone else’s too? I don’t think so.

  3. I think it’s referring to censorship & limiting the freedom to access & post to internet sites.

    And I believe we already have many rights that are provided by others, at least in the sense that others’ not impeding is a type of provision, which I think applies here.
