The title is so ironic. 6 or more years ago, Benga was one of dubstep’s pioneers and biggest talents. But the genre is now considered ‘dead’, and some of today’s hottest singles are being labeled ‘post dub’. To my tired eyes, this vid looks like one of those fetishistic Sony Bravia commercials. Over-conceptualized, over-slicked, & under-imagined.
