The International Master of Design UIC/HGK (MDes/MAS) is a collaboration of the University of Illinois, Chicago (UIC) and the Visual Communication Institute, The Basel School of Design (FHNW/HGK). Our two-year intensive graduate program addresses students who want to be part of an international program influenced by the tradition of Swiss Graphic Design and the current academic perspective and standards of practice- based design research.
The program is currently accepting applications for Fall 2014 admissions.
