Hey Twitter World, do you use and like an app/web service for employee reviews? (currently looking at one called "Small Improvements")

Do you, or your company use employee review software that you think makes the entire process more efficient and useful? If so, would you mind to share your experience in a comment below or as a response in the Twitter feed?
We used Small Improvements at my last company (Fullscreen.com) and we really liked it.

The firm I work for uses ‘TribeHR’ for just about ‘everything’ rather than a specific tool for reviews. I guess reviews should be persisted somewhere for review, but I always think the content should be known by both parties before the review takes place …
