Handkerchiefs

My dad used fabric handkerchief all his life. Still does. They weren’t as design-y as this one or this one though. Are handkerchiefs having a comeback?

  1. Don’t know if I can speak about a comeback, but had a stranger comment to me and several friends at the same time regarding the
fact that we all 3 had handkerchiefs hanging from our pockets. I have offered my personal one several times (only when clean) when someone I know needs one and although it is rarely taken everyone seems to appreciate the offer.

  2. I believe reusables are making a comeback in general :) I bought my husband a pack of 4 plain white cotton handkerchiefs when we finally used up all our disposable tissues and I switched us to cloth napkins too (using ikea dishtowels as napkins). It feels good to know we don’t have to keep shopping for those things anymore. It also feels infinitely more luxurious ;)
