  1. I’m anxious to play with it, I’m also very anxious to see it overused to the maximum. Thanks for the video.

  2. This started out as a research project by Dr. Ariel Shamir from (my old school) IDC (Inter Disciplinary Center) in Herzliya, Israel.

  3. one of the COOLEST things i’ve seen in PS in years.

Toto, I’ve a feeling we’re not on the Canvas any more. We must be over the rainbow!

  4. That’s just incredible. I remember seeing this technology quite awhile ago, and then reading that it had been purchased by Adobe. I’ve been on my toes every since waiting for it to make it into an app, and here it is. Anyone not considering upgrading to CS4 immediately is really missing out if this sort of smart processing will continue to be part of the CS brand.

  5. One of the few reasons to upgrade from CS3.

It is pretty incredible though, and could definitely come in handy for both professional and amateur photographers.

  6. Well, that kinda cool. But what will happen though is that two years from now, we will all be able to spot content aware scaling in images, and they will look fake. We just haven’t learned to see it yet.

Have you looked at a three year old movie with lots of CG effects lately? Remember the effect that looked soooo realistic when the movie whas released. Today it looks like crap.

  7. I’d heard of this but now that I’ve seen it I’m even more amazed! Can’t wait to give it a try!

  8. THIS IS SO AWESOME! It’s incredible, especially the cover and car parts. But I also agree with Greger. In a few years, it might become normal, and people will start spotting the fakes.
