Oh man, I signed up for Twitter last Thursday to see what the big deal was, and immediately decided it was not for me. But when I went to delete my account, I got an error message telling me that Twitter was “stressing out” so that feature had been temporarily disabled. Temporarily blocking the exit? Really?
It was still stressing out on Tuesday, which is how long it took to get a hold of someone (via Tweet, obviously) who could manually delete the account. That is a poor choice of a feature to intentionally disable and slow response time from a site that promotes instant interaction.
I’m glad your decision to finally give in to Twitter had more positive outcomes. :)

I used Twitterific on the iPhone for a couple months, but switched to TwitterFon.

Having Twitter on my iPhone is exactly what made it make sense for me too – it’s the ‘moments inbetween’ that Twitter is great for – and your phones always in your pocket.

As a regular reader, I’m glad you finally joined Twitter, the most time-consuming thing on Earth.
Followed!
