    It was a tiny study, 24 people over 8 weeks without a control group, and didn’t appear to measure mental health, so I would suggest being a bit more tentative about your headline. I’d go for something like:

    A small study by Harvard University scientists adds to the body of literature suggesting that meditating regularly may also improve your physical health.

    Not quite as catchy but much more accurate.
