I do agree with all of these although the message kind of comes across as “All you need to do is these 15 things to be lucky (successful)” We could also add have white skin and grow up the right zipcode.

I find #15 interesting, as competition reads to me very “centered on the male experience.” I would change it to read “love to collaborate.” I strongly believe that we can just as easily get to where we want to go by collaborating with others along the way, bypassing the implicit message of “winners” and “losers” in competition.
