I sort of feel like, how are they NOT a thing? I’ve often thought it would be excellent if the umbrella just balanced and I didn’t have to hold it up with an arm. Makes carrying bags of groceries or a child in the rain way easier.

hahaha these have been a thing here in the Philippines for so long! they are both funny but also seem so incredibly convenient!!
