Turn your Phone into a Dumb Phone

I am trying to figure out to not spend so much time on Instagram/YouTube/Threads… I came across this YouTube in which Reysu explains how he dumb-ified his phone and reduced his screentime. Intriguing.

  2. Whenever I feel like I’ve spent too much time looking at my phone, I turn the screen to black and white. It’s in the accessibility options, and I triple click the home button to activate it. Give it a shot.
