I have been following this site for sometime. They don’t have data for a lot of areas yet, but what they do have looks very accurate. They seem to combine recent sales, data about particular houses / units and tax assesments. All of this data is publicly available from local gov’ts, but the fact that they run it through some alogrithim and super-impose it on a Google maps like interface is pretty cool.
