  1. Oh, I adore Gorey’s work! Reminds me that it might be time to pull out his books and go through them again. Great fun!

  2. My favorite of the alphabet, “N is for Neville who died of ennui,” has for years been a running joke between my husband and myself. Can’t explain quite why – just is.

  3. Thanks so much for posting this. Every time I go to the bookstore I keep looking for this book but I couldn’t remember the name or the author! Now I know I must have it!

  4. oh, yes, i love this. for a while, i’ve wanted to frame them all and hang them in my bathroom.

  5. Edward Gorey is such an influence for me- thanks for putting a smile on my face (even though it is a little morbid, hehe)

  6. Thank you thank you thank you! My best friend had this poster in college – she has since misplaced it, and I’d love a copy for my daughter’s room! [is that wrong?] Now I know what to google!

  7. My husband has a tattoo of The Gashlycrumb Tinies cover on his arm. People who know what it’s from get very excited about it, but it’s really awkward to try and explain to people who don’t know anything about Edward Gorey. If you click on my name, you can see a picture of the tattoo.
