  1. one of my favorite quotes ever! i have it hanging on my board and look at it daily. such a simple thought, yet i can honestly say it changed me and made me a happier, calmer person once it sunk in (cheap therapy huh).

  2. Brilliant! I’ve never heard it before but it’s perfect. I too will be looking at it daily from now on. Thank you.

  3. To quote Helen Telushkin … “The only happy people I know are people I don’t know well.” Meaning, EVERYBODY’S life is going to look great in comparison to your because you know every failure, missed dream, unfulfilled desire and so on of your own life. Unfortunately, when you look at the life of another – you on see and focus on those aspects their life that are better, greater, etc. of yours. As a general rule, no one compares themselves to the homeless person sleeping over a city subway grate.
