180pxswiss_fondueI am psyched about the cold days approaching, because that means it’s FONDUE season! I found a site covering the ‘fondue etiquette‘…

I don’t agree with the last ‘rule’ though. Where I am from, the rule was, that if you’d dropped a piece of bread in the pot, you’d have to pay a round of Kirsch (= Cherry Schnaps).

The best part of it all is ‘the grandma” – the crispy layer of cheese that is left over on the bottom of the pot. Yummm!!
