Oh, my gosh! This is the much more sophisticated version of a fork I had as a kid! In Germany, where I grew up, there was a magazine for kids called “Yps” (http://www.yps.de/) and every week they’d have all kinds of amazing gimmicks. The spaghetti fork, which used the same mechanism as the one above, was one of them and I have the fondest memories of using it (well, the ONE time, I used it. Unfortunately, the fork disappeared quickly, after my mother detected that its plastic was covered with aluminum. This would not be the case with the one above :))
Swissmiss is an online garden Tina Roth Eisenberg started in 2005 and has lovingly tended to ever since.
Besides swissmiss, Tina founded and runs TeuxDeux, CreativeMornings and her Brooklyn based co-working community Friends Work Here. (She also started Tattly which was recently adopted by BIC)

This is amazing, does it come in Blue too?! ;)
I may even be able to get my boys to keep the pasta from flying at the walls if they both had one!
Maybe…
