Ordered day pack on 14 May, they charged my credit card on 16 May, never received backpack. Sent email asking status, no response. Wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone else.

The reason is because it’s made to order, as it states on their site. It takes an estimated 3 months to make and ship to you. i hope you receive it..
