I like the idea behind crazyegg: with crazyegg you can easily see where visitors are clicking on a page and where they’re not. The heatmap seems especially powerful to me. (click on image to see larger) The service is not up yet but you can put in your email adress and they’ll let you know when they’re ready to go.

There’s a similar service at http://www.clickdensity.com that has been up and running for a few months now. It also has a 30 day free trial.
