Holly poop! That is exactly the same thing as Carrotmob! http://www.carrotmob.org/ …but with a focus on clubbing.
Funny movie, it contains ‘Roger’ also know as the ‘doe hetzelf man’ (yeah this is in Flemish/ Dutch).

Not that it matters but funny to see him being used in that movie.
