Inbox Zero made my life better.
It’s amazing how much more efficiently I do other tasks without the psychological weight of cluttered email.

You might want to check out Merlin’s new podcast, Back to Work, on Dan Benjamin’s 5by5.tv network. Really great stuff. Especially Episode 3!
He’s updated his thinking on this stuff a bit and he and Dan really do a good show together.
