An Automatic Diet Planner

Here’s an interesting site for people want to gain or loose weight: swole.me is an automated diet planter that creates meals according to your goal calorie intake and how many meals you’d like to eat per day. Completely free.

  1. I tried it and got this great suggestion for breakfast:

    5 cup Apples
    12 eggs Eggs
    1 cup Nonfat Yogurt
    4 cup Skim Milk

Am already looking forward to eating 12 eggs tomorrow morning :-)

  2. I used http://www.sparkpeople.com to loose like 10kg.
They have awesome support forums, and they also give you tips on nutrition, health, fitness and a lot more.
They work with the calorie counting technique too, and they also have a meal planner, but most of the foods and options are from the US.
On the bright side, people can logg their own foods, so now you can find your local craving if somebody else took the effort to logg it :P
    Give it a try. It’s also 100% free :)

  3. Hmm it definitely needs work, not sure I’d like this for lunch

    1 cup Apple Juice
    6 oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  4. I don’t think I’d enjoy a meal of 1 cup non-fat yogurt and a slice whole grain bread, with my next meal being 4 eggs, 1 cup of onions and a cup of skim milk!

    lol

  5. 1 cup ground beef
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1 tbs coconut oil.

Huh, maybe these folks are onto some amazing new flavor sensations?

I can’t wait to see all the improvements they’ll make, this has the potential of being really great!

  6. I am not one to complain about a free service. But as a vegetarian, I checked off so there is no meat and yet I keep on getting pork chops on the menu! haha

  7. It’s probably the vegetarian pork chops @Anya!

  9. Hi Marily – I made the site, and I’d just like to point out that all of the food information is borrowed from the USDA food database. It’s all just food, and I put the complete nutrition information right in front of you (hover over the “i” next to each food for specific info).

I mostly put the disclaimer because I’m relying on user discretion. And by that I mean I don’t know if you’re allergic to anything, so don’t eat foods that are going to kill you.

  10. how to calculate this I can’t figurin out this?

  11. I figur it out,thanks any way

  12. I pay a quick visit everyday some blogs and sites to read
content, except this web site gives quality based content.
