I just randomly stumbled upon this Booster seat by OXO. I have no idea if it is any good, but man, it’s a sweet looking booster seat. Once Tilo (2) is over his highchair, which will be soon, I’ll definitely consider this one. Has anyone tried it? Thoughts?
Looks great! Unfortunately you have to compromise a lot when it comes to safety using a booster seat compared to a highchair. It is recommended to use a highchair up to 25 kg / 56 lbs and 135 cm / 4.4 ft (knowing that .

Oh my, I LOVE this booster seat! I think I may have to give this one a try too, considering I pretty much only buy baby items that look good in my house ;)

I use an older version of this booster seat, which can be used with younger ones since it has straps to hold it onto the chair and a three-point harness for the child, and it folds up nice and compact for travel: http://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-Healthy-Deluxe-Booster-White/dp/B001GQ2RWQ/

My kids hated booster seats. After the highchair we got a Kaboost and still use it for both boys. http://kaboost.com/

The Kaboost is a great idea, Esther. My kids wont use booster seats but are too small for regular chairs so they spill frequently. That’s a nice compromise. Thanks for sharing.

Our daughter didn’t want anything to do with a high chair or a booster after a certain age – she only wanted a regular chair like everyone else. The Kaboost was great.
