I spent 2 months in Scotland and the highlands were really surprising. So much beauty packed into a small area.

It is definitely somewhere you need to visit. Spent a week riding Highland Ponies in Brora on the Northeast coast before driving over to Isle of Skye for a few days. Magical place. Can’t wait to go back.
