  2. Any thoughts on this scenario? In the past, you used yahoo email for years. Today, you delete your account. In the future, someone else claims the address and begins to use it.

    It makes me hesitant to delete the email address. Could I have used it on service I no longer use? Could it be the back-up email address on a service I no longer use?

    Anyone have advice?
