  1. I can vouch for Oodi library in Helsinki..it really is amazing and so well used! Every time I visit, every floor is being well used. There is a ‘makers’ floor where you can rent sewing machines, 3D printers etc. and also use the meeting rooms which it seems everyone does! Whenever I’m there I’m reminded how important it is to have these kind of civic spaces that are free and accessible to all.
