  1. another alternative while glasses arrive home, is to blow at the onion to keep the vapor away. Problem is if you stop then you really screw your eyes, but blowing works.

  2. Love the goggles! Speaking of other options while waiting for your goggles, those with gas stoves can try this: start a burner and cut the onion near it. I just tried this for the first time a few hours ago and it really works.
