I agree with Noah: That’s So Yummy’s list of ways restaurants could optimize their menus is interesting. (originally in Food Network Magazine which isn’t online).

  1. In cases of complicated menu’s I’m not too ashamed to ask the waiter: “Can you explain this to me, because I don’t understand it.”
