Not that this design isn’t cool, but it was also on The Simpsons about 10 years ago so I’m not sure it’s that original.
(I should prob. look at the designer site as he may credit it)

Channel 4 repeated this exact Simpsons episode in the UK last week, good to know it actually works in real life.

I have to admit I find it hilarious how many people are pointing out a similar chair was on the Simpsons.
I would still want to buy this, though!

Compare the Attitude Chair to its arch nemesis, Sedley Place’s chair, designed to PREVENT tipping:

Maybe having the untippable chair at school and the Attitude Chair at home would be a good yin-yang balance?

I’m pretty sure that the Shakers made an anti-tipping chair. Can’t find a reference but know I have seen it somewhere. Oh and I remembered that AFTER I remembered the Simpsons episode.

well, it is actually a great idea but as soon as i checked the simpsons episode about that idea that homer “stole” from thomas edison, i thought “damn, someone had already made this”
