I am gearing up for my upcoming break with little swissmister (due to arrive in approx 4 weeks) and am planing on renting out my desk for two months. So, if you know anyone that would make a good addition to our awesome collaborative workspace, send them our way.

For a mere $500 a month, you get:
– An approx 7ft long desk (which can comfortably seat two if you have someone come in and work with you for a day)
– Did I mention the east river/manhattan view already?
– Wifi
– Water
– Access to a scanner and laser printer
– For all of you coffee addicts, we have an amazing Nespresso Coffee Maker.
– A HUGE Ideapaint wall for brainstorming
– And then, here’s one of our best assets, you get to stream music to our Geneva XL.
– On Friday’s we usually have Beer and Beetles Rockband evenings.
– Lots of geek talk over lunch
– Oh, and let’s not forget our awesome new neighbors, Workshop, which we totally consider an asset as well to have next door!
Please note that there’s an option to potentially extend the length of the desk rental. If we think you’re an awesome addition to our collab then we’ll find some space for you!

Looks to be a creative space except the chairs seem quite uncomfortable and I may be wrong but isn’t there a large glare from the window onto your cpu in the daytime hours?

Actually the biggest problem with the space is Michael Eric Scott just this morning making statements like, “Tina, people leave such ridiculous comments on your blog. If they even dared think such things in my presence I would be forced to smack them silly.”
Other than that it’s a most excellent place to get some work done. Or not get work done. It’s up to you really.

Flattering to be listed among the amenities of moving into 612a! We love our new neighbors SO much. It’s such an awesome, collaborative environment. The Rock Band Beer Friday Nights alone are worth the rent.

Have you had any issues with the IdeaPaint? I was thinking about implementing the same thing at my office but was worried about cracking and chipping.
We also have a Nespresso machine. Love it!

Those seats don’t look that comfy though, don’t they hurt your bum after a bit? They must be comfy surely though or you would haven’t them right? haha

Its such as you learn my mind! You appear to understand a lot approximately this, such as you wrote the ebook in it or something. I believe that you just can do with a few % to power the message home a bit, however other than that, that is great blog. A fantastic read. I’ll certainly be back.
