Boomerang Wok

The Boomerang Wok’s cupped edge is supposed to make it easier to turn your stir-fry ingredients. All you supposedly need is one simple movement with the spatula and voila! I definitely would like to give one of these a try!

  3. Excellent—this is one of those ideas that’s so simple it makes you wonder why nobody thought of it before.

  4. brilliant. now i don’t have to worry about sliced veggies on my stove top, ceiling, or forehead.

  5. Too bad it seems hardly useful for real wok use: it has a Teflon coating which doesn’t stand high heat. Also, a genuine steel wok has slanted walls so fluids can evaporate.

  6. I cook stir fry pretty much all the time.
    This is exactly what I had been looking for.
