    I find it is the case with so many business now. IE: My brother in law owns a delicatessen shop. Not too long ago, those were the places where you would get the food that you where longing for from back home (Switzerland, Germany), but now you can get it in so many places or for that matter even mail order it. Now, owners of delis must be curators.
