Making an omelette the Julia Child’s way. 1960s!
(via)
I finished “My Life in Paris” by Julia Child not too long ago and she immediately became a role model. She had such a wonderful view on life. I can’t wait to try this technique over the weekend.
I learned to make an omelette from this episode and it’s precisely how I do it today.
I tried this today for the first time – what a cinch! And the omelette turned out great. Yay Julia!
Tried it immediately and can’t believe how easy it was!! Years of mediocre omelettes could have been avoided!
