Woah! This brand new mini site by Squarespace just stopped me in my tracks. (see what I did there?)
Squarespace believes that the world is filled with too many restless people in need of rest – that’s why they teamed up with Jeff Bridges who created sleeping tapes with intriguing sounds, noises and other things to help you get a good night’s rest.
100% of the retail price from each album sold goes directly to No Kid Hungry. Sleep better and do good.
Well done, Squarespace.
I think this is probably the best realized product of the century. “Sleepy tapes… I hope they inspire you to do some cool sleepin’, cool dreamin, cool wakin’ up.”

It is completely irritating that the ‘tape’ is backwards. Cassette tape starts on the left and migrates to the right.

Love this! Thanks for sharing!

@pbc Unless the tape is at the end?? And you will be asleep anyway. So relax…

pbc is right! Clearly that page was designed by someone too young to realize that the cassette would be making a horrible click-click-clicking sound very unconducive to sleeping if the left reel is empty and the wheels are rotating right! :)

I was hoping for at least one Autobahn track… but still it’s a great project.
