Being mindful who you let in your life doesn’t mean you can’t be welcoming, open and sharing with everyone at some times. It just means that the true deep quality time and the people you choose to spend it with, is that much more considered. LOVE
It reminds me that you are the sum of the 5 people you spend most of your time with…so choose wisely. find people who match your vibration. but of course, be welcoming and loving to everyone…that goes without saying usually.
