True! I think a generous amount of brands don’t use their social media correctly. If it’s not adding another dimension to the experience, it isn’t working.
I don’t do Facebook (ick) and on Twitter, I only follow people and blogs (which are generally people).
I don’t let businesses text me, so why would I want them interrupting my Twitter fun.
