I will readily declare my envy of all who live in Switzerland any day. The country is beautiful, the air is clean, people also seem to be able to get innovative ideas approved and made into reality more efficiently than in many other places. Right down to rubbish collection through chute networks underground which I have just seen my first example of in London this week.
