I am confused by the title of movie. This mini doc shows where concepts (from illustrators that may or may not live in Brooklyn) are approved and liscenced. Nothing is shown about the actual “tattoo factory”. Are the products actually MADE IN BROOKLYN? Thanks for clarification.
