We used air cannons under the table and a Phantom camera that shoots super slow motion 1000 frames per second. Oh, and a very talented food stylist who was willing to see her work destroyed take after take.
Tina, thanks so much for posting this! The original idea for the video actually came from the Marlin Network, not solely Bruton Stroube. It was produced as a joint effort with Bruton Stroube Studios and Marlin Network.
Love this video! Makes me want to try this sometime when I sit down to dinner, but I have a feeling it wouldn’t be nearly this pretty.
