Brooklyn real estate is off the charts, unattainable for most. But here’s a “brownstone” most of us can afford: OTO Brooklyn House for cats. FUN!
My daughter is going nuts over the Tattly Candy Jewelry Tattoos we launched this week. The designs are by Julia Rothman and the unique sweetly scented fragrance was created in collaboration with Agilex Fragrances. Think light notes of vanilla frosting, candy corn, cotton candy, and all things sweet and delicious!
My son would totally approve: Zubits are magnetic shoe closures that easily snap together allowing the wearer to quickly put on or remove a pair of shoes without having to tie the laces.
This Cheese Degrees Cutting Board made me laugh. My dad constantly lectured me and my sister on what angles we are allowed to cut cheese.
Over on Picture This kids can draw their own fabric patterns, send in the designs and receive a custom cut-and-sewn dress in the mail. So much fun!
This minimalist looking Cord Keeper makes sure your power cables stay on top of your desk or nightstand instead of flying off the back every time something is unplugged. Made by hand in Madison, Wisconsin from reinforced concrete.
Fridge Files extend storage beyond the flat surface of the refrigerator (or any other magnetic surface). For gift cards, business cards, coupons, letters, etc, etc, etc. Made by hand in Madison, Wisconsin.
This coming Friday I will be taking the kids to the Swiss Alps for our yearly sausage-eating-fresh-air-breathing-family-hugging-summer-vacation. Ever since they were little, they have been getting gifts on the airplane. It has been one of my secret weapons to keep them entertained. Simple, tiny surprises, such as stickers, post-itnotes and washable markers, tiny puzzles, etc. They’d get one whenever they would start go stir-crazy. Even though they’re older now and totally capable to entertain themselves, they love the tradition of getting little surprises. They don’t know yet that I will be surprising them with Kikkerland’s Zip & Flip Pillows. It’s a night flight to Zurich so they’ll come in handy. I can already see their smiles…
Tasarım Takarım (I Wear Design) turns children’s drawings into fine jewelry, translating the doodles into small pendants made of silver or gold. Totally doing this.
This is the third edition of Tattly’s Super Set: The 100 most popular Tattly enclosed in one cool hinged-lid tin.

In order to better understand its e-commerce customers, Mailchimp started an online store. The concept is simple: They collaborate with creative people to make fun, unique products for good causes. First they started out with design-y socks, and yesterday they launched 4 pins inspired by some of their favorite Atlanta rappers. The one above gets my vote. My favorite part of this experiment is the newsletters they send out, documenting the challenges of starting an online store. All so familiar! Love what their doing! Also, T (6) and I got to visit Mailchimp HQ yesterday and look what happened!
Every time I grab my MacBook and see our custom CreativeMornings tabtag, it puts a smile on my face. I am usually not someone that would E-V-E-R put a sticker on anything I own, but the concept of tabtags won me over: They are glowing (!) and reusable MacBook stickers. You can remove them without a trace and reuse them over and over. SO MUCH FUN!
